Three ways to shape a trip

Every service on this page is booked in one of three ways. Pick the one that matches your plans, and the quote form asks only for what that trip needs.

Match your plans to a service

Most trips fit one service clearly. Find the line closest to your plans, then follow the link for the details that matter for that kind of day.

Flying in or out

Three airports, planned around your flight

Airport trips start with your airline and flight number, so we can plan your pickup around your arrival. Your chauffeur meets you at the curb, or inside at arrivals if you request meet & greet. Meet & greet is an extra charge, shown in your quote.

SFO sits south of the city on the Peninsula and is San Francisco's main international airport. Oakland Airport is on the East Bay shore, handy for Oakland, Berkeley and Walnut Creek. San José Mineta serves Silicon Valley, where prearranged cars use different pickup areas from app rideshare.

Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time. Free waiting time starts at the scheduled pickup time you choose.

Work, weddings and days out

Services planned around the occasion

Corporate travel covers executives, clients and guests, including rides an assistant or a hotel concierge books for someone else. Wedding transportation moves the couple, the wedding party and family between the ceremony, the photos and the reception.

For a day out, wine country tours keep one car with your group through Napa or Sonoma, so nobody has to drive. City tours stop where you like, from the Presidio to Coit Tower. Your quote covers the vehicle, chauffeur, gratuity, tolls and parking. Tastings, food, purchases and attraction tickets aren't included.

Each of these is planned as single rides, hourly time or a mix of both. Tell us what the day involves, and we'll suggest the simplest way to book it. The wedding transportation timeline and the wine country day planner help you plan the big days.

Quote first

From request to reserved

Every service books the same way. You see the vehicle and the price before anything is reserved, and nothing is booked until you confirm.

  1. Tell us about the trip.

Add your pickup, drop-off, date and time in the planner, then your name, email and phone number. It takes about a minute.

  2. Get your quote.

We reply with availability and a price for a vehicle that fits your group and your luggage.

  3. Confirm, and you're set.

Your trip is booked once you confirm it. If plans change, cancellation is free at least 24 hours before pickup.

From a sedan for two to a Sprinter for 14

Every service uses the same five classes. Three are shown here, and the fleet page compares all five. Passenger and bag numbers are separate maximums. A full car leaves less room for suitcases, so tell us your bag sizes and we'll choose the right vehicle with you.

What every booking includes

  • A professional chauffeur. All chauffeurs and vehicles are licensed and insured.
  • A quote before anything is booked. Prices are quoted per trip and cover the vehicle and chauffeur.
  • Free waiting time. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time. Other pickups include 15 minutes. Free waiting time starts at the scheduled pickup time you choose.
  • Free cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full reservation price. The details are in our cancellation policy.
  • Requests in the quote form: meet & greet, luggage assistance, youth booster seats, and infant and child safety seats, confirmed with the price in your quote.
  • Day or night. We're available 24/7.

What to send for a quick, accurate quote

  • Pickup and drop-off addresses, or your stops in order.
  • The date and pickup time. For airport trips, add the airline and flight number.
  • How many people are traveling and how many bags, including golf bags, strollers or skis.
  • Who the ride is for. If you're booking for someone else, add the passenger's name and phone number.
  • For hourly days, roughly how long you'll need the car, and anything with a fixed time.

Pickups in all nine Bay Area counties

We drive in all nine Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma. That takes in San Francisco, the Peninsula, Silicon Valley, the East Bay, Marin and wine country, plus all three airports. The service area page lists the cities in each county.

Questions about our chauffeur services

Which service do I book for one ride with a stop on the way?

A point-to-point ride. Add up to five stops in the quote form and we include them in your price. If you want the car to wait at those stops, hourly service is the better fit.

What's the difference between point-to-point and hourly?

A point-to-point ride ends when you arrive. With hourly service, the car and your chauffeur stay with you for the whole booking, from a 3-hour minimum. Our guide to choosing hourly or point-to-point walks through two example days.

Is an airport pickup a separate service?

It's a ride planned around a flight, so it has its own details: the flight number, the meeting point and longer free waiting. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time.

Can one booking cover an airport pickup and a day of meetings?

Tell us the whole plan in the notes. We'll suggest whether it works better as one hourly booking or as separate rides, and quote it that way.

Can I book a car for someone else?

Yes. Choose For someone else in the quote form and add the passenger's name and phone number. We confirm the trip with you.

Are you open at night and on weekends?

We're available 24/7. Early flights, late dinners and weekend weddings are all quoted the same way.

Do you drive outside San Francisco?

Yes. We drive in all nine Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma. Pickups and drop-offs anywhere in those counties can be quoted.

How much does each service cost?

We quote every trip individually, so you see the price before anything is booked. It depends on the vehicle, the distance or hours, the date and time, and any stops, and it includes gratuity, tolls and parking.

When is my trip actually booked?

Your trip is reserved only after we confirm the vehicle, time and price with you. Free cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full reservation price.

Tell us about your day.

Pick a service or describe your plans. We'll reply with a vehicle that fits and a price.
