A new car service with one name behind it
SF Luxury Limo is a new, independent chauffeured car service. We drive sedans, SUVs and a Luxury Sprinter, each with a professional chauffeur, across all nine Bay Area counties and to and from SFO, Oakland and San José airports.
We take seven kinds of trips: airport transfers, point-to-point rides, hourly bookings, corporate travel, weddings and events, wine country days and city tours. Our overview of chauffeur services explains how each one is booked.
Because we're new, we don't lean on a long history. Instead, this site shows you how a trip is planned, who answers for it, and the terms that apply.
How a trip is planned
From your first message to the pickup
Every trip starts with a quote. You send the pickup, the destination, the date and time, how many people are traveling and how many bags. We reply with availability and a price for a vehicle that fits, and nothing is reserved until you confirm it.
The details shape the plan. A flight number lets us plan an airport pickup around your arrival. Bag sizes tell us whether an SUV is enough or the Luxury Sprinter makes more sense, and the vehicle and luggage guide shows how to count them. Stops, a return trip or a passenger traveling without you all go into the same quote.
Before the trip, we confirm where to meet. At the airport that's the curb, or inside at arrivals with meet & greet. At a hotel or an office, it's the entrance you name in your request.

Terms you can read before you book
These apply to every trip, whichever service or vehicle you choose. The service terms and cancellation policy have the full wording.
A price before anything is booked
We quote every trip individually. The price covers the vehicle, your chauffeur, gratuity, tolls and parking, and the trip is reserved only after you confirm it.
Waiting time included
Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time, and other pickups include 15 minutes. Both start at the pickup time you choose.
Free cancellation with a day's notice
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup and you pay nothing. The time is counted in Pacific time, from when we receive your call or email.
Licensed and insured
Every trip is driven by a professional chauffeur, and all of our chauffeurs and vehicles are licensed and insured.
A confirmed meeting point
We confirm where to meet before your trip, so you know whether to look for your chauffeur at the curb, inside arrivals or a hotel entrance.

Who answers for your trip
SF Luxury Limo is our brand and our legal business name. It provides every trip booked through this site, so the company that sends your quote is the company that drives you.
If something about a booked trip needs to change, you deal with us directly. Call or email with the name on the booking and the pickup date and time. Changes depend on availability, and we tell you about any change in price before we make it. The contact page covers each way to reach us.
The details you send are used to reply to you and, if you book, to arrange your trip. Our privacy policy explains the rest.
What to judge a new company on
The first quote is the fairest test. Check that it answers what you asked, that the vehicle suits your group and your bags, and that the price and terms are clear. If anything isn't, ask us before you confirm.

Yes. Every trip is driven by a professional chauffeur, and all of our chauffeurs and vehicles are licensed and insured.
