Airport trips
Any county to any of the three airports
Each Bay Area airport sits in a different county. San Francisco International (SFO) is on the Peninsula in San Mateo County. Oakland International (OAK) is on the east side of the Bay in Alameda County. San José Mineta International (SJC) is at the south end of the Bay in Santa Clara County.
A pickup anywhere in the nine counties can be quoted to or from any of them, from a Sonoma hotel to SFO or a Palo Alto office to OAK. We confirm the meeting point before the trip.
At SJC, prearranged cars use different pickup areas from app rideshare, so follow the meeting point we send you.

Four parts of the Bay Area, and what to mention for each when you ask for a quote.
San Francisco and the Peninsula
Union Square, the Ferry Building and Moscone Center are in San Francisco, and SFO is just south in San Mateo County. For hotels and venues, name the entrance you'll use. A single move across town is a point-to-point ride.
East Bay
Oakland, Berkeley and Pleasanton are in Alameda County, and Walnut Creek and San Ramon are in Contra Costa. Trips into San Francisco from here usually cross the Bay Bridge.
South Bay and Silicon Valley
Palo Alto, Mountain View and San José are in Santa Clara County, with Menlo Park just north in San Mateo County. For office visits, add the building name or lobby in your notes, and see corporate travel for trips you arrange for others.
Marin and Solano
Marin starts across the Golden Gate Bridge, with Sausalito and San Rafael. Solano, with Vallejo and Benicia, lies to the northeast.
Wine country
Napa and Sonoma are inside the area
Napa and Sonoma are two of the nine counties we serve. In Napa Valley, Highway 29 and the Silverado Trail run past Yountville, Oakville, Rutherford, St. Helena and Calistoga. Sonoma County runs from the town of Sonoma north to Healdsburg.

Trips that start or end outside the nine counties
Send it anyway. If your pickup or destination is outside the nine counties, for example Sacramento or Santa Cruz, enter the full route in the quote form. We'll tell you in our reply whether we can take the trip.
Details that help us confirm the route
- Full street addresses for the pickup, the destination and each stop, up to five per trip.
- The date and pickup time, plus your airline and flight number for airport trips.
- For a round trip, the return pickup time and place.
- How many people are traveling and how many bags. The fleet page shows what each vehicle class holds.

Which counties do you cover?
We drive in all nine Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma.
My town isn't in the table. Can you still pick me up?
The table lists examples, not every town. If your address is in one of the nine counties, enter it in the quote form and we'll reply with a vehicle and a price.
Can you take a trip that starts or ends outside the Bay Area?
You can ask. Send the full route in the quote form, and we'll tell you in our reply whether we can take the trip.
Can I book a ride from Napa or Sonoma to the airport?
Yes. Pickups anywhere in the nine counties can be quoted to or from SFO, Oakland or San José. For a departure, give us the time you want to be picked up and your flight number.
Can one trip cover several counties?
Yes. A trip can have up to five stops, and they can be in different counties. For a longer day with waiting between stops, book by the hour, with a 3-hour minimum.
Does the distance change the price?
We quote every trip individually, so you see the price before anything is booked. It depends on the vehicle, the distance or hours, the date and time, and any stops, and it includes gratuity, tolls and parking.
