Who is responsible

Information we collect and why

When you ask for a quote, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number, and your company name if you add one.
• Trip details: pickup, drop-off and stop addresses, dates and times, flight details, the number of passengers and bags, requests such as child seats, and your notes.
• If you book for someone else, the passenger's name and phone number, which you confirm you have permission to share.

Who receives it

• Your chauffeur receives the details needed to carry out your trip.
• Service providers that host this site and store and deliver quote requests and emails for us, only to provide those services.
• Google, if you type in an address field: the text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to suggest addresses. Google handles it under its own privacy policy.
• Google and the advertising partners whose tags run on this site, for analytics and to measure our advertising (see Cookies and analytics). For a sent request they receive only its reference number and the type of trip, service and vehicle class, never your name, contact details, addresses, dates or messages.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to run analytics and advertising tags on this site, such as Google Analytics. They use cookies and similar technology to record how the site is used: the pages viewed, the device and browser, the links and buttons chosen (such as a call or quote button) and that a quote request was sent, with its reference number and the type of trip, service and vehicle class chosen. They never receive your name, contact details, addresses, dates or messages.

Advertising partners may use this information to measure our ads and to show you our ads on other websites, which California law calls sharing. You can turn this off under Your privacy choices, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as the same choice. If you turn it off, we save that choice in your browser.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland these tags don't store cookies on your device.

The trip you type into the planner is kept in your open browser tab only, not saved in your browser or added to web addresses. Our hosting provider processes basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site. We don't respond to Do Not Track signals, but we honor Global Privacy Control as described above.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep quote requests and trip records only as long as we need them to respond, provide your trip, keep business records and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards to protect them.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Your privacy choices

Ad sharing is on, except for visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, where ad cookies are never stored. Turn it off and advertising partners won't use what you do on this site to show you ads elsewhere.
