Three Bay Area airports, side by side

SFO, Oakland and San José all sit inside our service area, so you can fly into one and out of another and we'll quote both rides. The right airport often depends on where you're staying.

An airport transfer works like a point-to-point ride planned around a flight: one pickup and one destination, with up to five stops on the way if you need them. Each airport page lists common destinations from that airport, grouped by county.

How we plan each airport ride

The terminal changes from airport to airport. The planning stays the same.

After you land

From the gate to the car

Turn your phone on when you land and head for the meeting point we confirmed with you before the trip. With meet & greet, your chauffeur waits for you inside at arrivals. Without it, you meet at the curb once you have your bags.

Choose your pickup time with the arrival in mind. Someone with only a carry-on is ready sooner than a family with checked bags or a passenger clearing customs, so give those trips a later pickup time.

If your flight is delayed, cancelled or moved to another day, call us at (415) 881-6199 or email info@sf.limo with the new flight number. We're available 24/7.

Vehicles sized for people and luggage

Passenger and bag numbers are separate maximums. A full car leaves less room for suitcases, so tell us your bag sizes and we'll choose the right vehicle with you.

Have your flight number handy?

Send it with your pickup, destination and bag count, and we'll reply with a vehicle and a price.

What to send with your request

A complete request gets you an accurate quote sooner. These details help most:

  • Your airline and flight number, and the date the flight lands or leaves. Overnight flights often land the day after they take off.
  • For departures, the time you want to be picked up, not the flight time.
  • The full address at the other end, with the hotel name and the entrance you'll use.
  • How many people are traveling and how many bags, including golf bags, skis, strollers or instruments.
  • Requests such as meet & greet, luggage assistance, youth booster seats or infant and child safety seats.
  • If you're booking for someone else, the passenger's name and mobile number.

Groups and arrivals on different flights

Flying in with family, a team or a wedding party? Send one request with the total number of people and bags. The Luxury Sprinter seats up to 14 passengers with up to 14 bags. If your group is larger, or half of it lands later, tell us and we'll suggest how to split it.

If people arrive on different flights, list every flight number in your notes. We'll explain in your quote how we can handle it.

For conferences, offsites and guests you're looking after, see corporate travel. For guests flying in for a wedding, see wedding transportation.

Every airport, every county

We drive in all nine Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma. Pickups and drop-offs anywhere in those counties can be quoted, to or from any of the three airports.

Prices, extra waiting and cancellation

We quote every trip individually, so you see the price before anything is booked. It depends on the vehicle, the distance or hours, the date and time, and any stops, and it includes gratuity, tolls and parking.

Free waiting time starts at the scheduled pickup time you choose. Additional waiting time and extra hours are charged per minute at the hourly rate for your vehicle class.

Your trip is reserved only after we confirm the vehicle, time and price with you. Free cancellation at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full reservation price.

The cancellation policy explains how changes, waiting time and no-shows work.

Bay Area airport car service questions

Which Bay Area airports do you serve?

San Francisco International (SFO), Oakland (OAK) and San José Mineta International (SJC). We drive in all nine Bay Area counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma.

Which airport is closest to where I'm staying?

It depends on the address. SFO is handy for San Francisco and the Peninsula, Oakland for the East Bay, and San José for Silicon Valley. Our service area page shows every county we cover.

Can I fly into one airport and out of another?

Yes. Send both rides in one request with each flight number, and we'll quote them together.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when you ask for a quote so we can plan your pickup around your arrival. Airport pickups include 45 minutes of free waiting time. If your plans change on the day, call us at (415) 881-6199.

Do you offer meet & greet inside the terminal?

Yes. Your chauffeur can meet you at the curb or inside at arrivals. Request meet & greet in the quote form. Meet & greet is an extra charge, shown in your quote.

Will all our luggage fit?

Passenger and bag numbers are separate maximums. A full car leaves less room for suitcases, so tell us your bag sizes and we'll choose the right vehicle with you. Sedans take up to 3 bags, SUVs up to 6 and the Luxury Sprinter up to 14. The vehicle and luggage guide helps you count.

How much does an airport transfer cost?

We quote every trip individually, so you see the price before anything is booked. It depends on the vehicle, the distance or hours, the date and time, and any stops, and it includes gratuity, tolls and parking.

Ready for your flight?

Tell us the airport, the flight and the bags. We'll reply with a vehicle and a price.
